We would like to introduce you to something new: GxdHood.com, pronounced “Godhood dot com.” GxdHood.com, also known as GxdHood Enterprise, represents a new expression of what might once have been understood simply as “Black & White”—or perhaps something beyond that familiar contrast.
In 2021, we discovered a new name, a new identity, and a new direction. We became GxdHood Enterprise, complete with a new logo and a vision of our own.
Let’s not beat around the bush.
GxdHood is the idea that human beings are destined to pursue an ideal purpose. Yet there is always an unknown—a mystery that remains beyond what we can completely understand. That mystery is represented in our name by the “x” in GxdHood, rather than the traditional “o.” The “x” speaks to your own understanding of the Most High and to the infinite possibilities that exist beyond what we can see.
Our spiritual ideology is expressed through our simple slogan: “Be, YourSelf.”
To us, it represents the inevitable journey toward becoming who you were meant to be.
You will find our symbol placed throughout everything we create. Every item is deliberately selected with you in mind. We believe that character is built upon a cornerstone, and that a strong foundation provides the framework through which self-expression can emerge.

What Is The GxdHood Enterprise Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your GxdHood Enterprise order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Our Return Policy has the following restrictions, which may apply:
Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order’s delivery total and are non-refundable
Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable
Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons
Hype products such as The Artist's Garments should be returned within seven days of the delivery date. The product page communicates the seven-day return window during the ordering process
Please ensure your return meets the following standards:
The package must be sent physically from within the United States
The product is in its original state and packaging
Apparel has the original tags attached
Footwear is in the original shoe box
Accessories have all parts of the original packaging
***We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than GxdHood Enterprise. Please return the product to the original retailer.

To send back your order:
Print the return label. No printer? Simply save the return FedEx QR code or return label on your mobile device to show during drop off
Pack the item(s) you want to return in the original box, or any available to you
Seal the box and place your return label over the original delivery label, or show the return FedEx QR code during drop off

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return drop off
Does GxdHood Enterprise Have More Than One Branch?
GxdHood Enterprise is an online-retail store and with our headquarters based in Mountainview, California.
For any additional requests or inquiries, please send us a note and we will respond just as quickly as possible. Typical response time varies based on time frame of inquiry, but should not exceed 10-14 business days.
Will You Adjust The Price Of A GxdHood Enterprise Item(s) That Goes On Sale Shortly After I Purchased The Item(s)?

We do not offer exchanges, at this time. We encourage you to return the merchandise that you do not prefer, and purchase the items(s) that you do prefer. Can I Order Out Of Stock GxdHood Enterprise Items?
IF an item is designated as out of stock, then it is not available. We encourage you to subscribe for our updates or check back with us. We greatly appreciate your patience in regards to this very important matter.
When Will I Get My Refund For A GxdHood Enterprise Return?
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 10-15 business days of when the return was received at our location. More details on return drop off locations can be found at http://www.fedex.com/easyreturns.
Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to post to your account. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.

If 20 working days have passed since the refund notification was sent and you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us
